The Chef


Giuseppe Zoppi has 40 years of activity in the restaurant and food sector.

Historical chef of the Taunus Restaurant, he graduated in 1975 at the Hotel School Panini in Senigallia and immediately begins his professional career, gaining in a short time to manage, with success, the TAUNUS Restaurant in Numana.

Its cuisine distinguished by its predilection for tradition and territory food: the Marche cuisine are interpreted with a personal touch of refinement, with fresh ingredients carefully and personally selected by the chef.

Giuseppe prepares also a choice of international cuisine made with a touch of “made in Italy”, in order to meet the tastes of the international guests.
